I hold a range of coaching qualifications and accreditation, most notably a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University . I am currently a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, accredited at EIA Senior Practitioner level

My employment history spans 30 years in the public and community sector. Specialising in community based work, particularly with vulnerable groups, and I have held roles as Head of a local authority youth service, a safeguarding trainer, consultant to community groups, and project manager in the fields of mental health and the children’s hospice and palliative care sectors.
